Marc is a graduate of the International Academy of Massage. As a former university athlete, he has accumulated many injuries and massage therapy played a big role in getting him healthy and allowing him to train and stay active. This is what led him to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.

These types of therapies can help with many different conditions, including: tension headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis/golfer’s elbow, sciatic nerve issues, back pain, plantar fasciitis, shin splints and shoulder pain to name a few. They can be done separately from regular massage, or can be combined in the same treatment.

Paul was born and raised in Ottawa. He holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Ottawa as well as a diploma in Paramedicine from Cambrian College. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Paul was extremely active in the charitable community, even creating a grassroots charity of his own for which he has received numerous awards.

Paul’s background in athletics and weightlifting lead him down a journey to finding the most effective soft tissue treatments and ultimately, a career as a Massage Therapist. Paul has completed advanced training in Functional Range Systems – where he learned methods of musculoskeletal assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation based on sound scientific principles and the latest research.
